Sonny House Performing Arts Program gives students the opportunity to express themselves through dance, vocals, and personal expression. Students work individually and in groups to create performances.
Life Skills
Sonny House Life Skills Program
Basic office skills. (sorting mail, shredding paper, addressing, putting labels on envelopes), housekeeping skills (vacuuming, dusting), gardening (planting, maintaining, and harvesting vegetables).
Career Prep
Sonny House Café
The Sonny House Cafe gives opportunities for students to host a cafe for family and friends. Students work as hostesses, servers, kitchen prep and clean up.
(All food is pre-packaged).
Sonny House Dog Treats Program
Sonny House Dog Treats Program lets students read, make and bake dog treats using natural ingredients. Students are taught how to measure, mix and use kitchen utensils properly, and practice proper kitchen safety.
Sonny House Retail Shop
Sonny House Retail Shop will give opportunities for students to learn to stock shelves with a variety of products; can goods, box goods, T-Shirts, towels and more. Students will also learn basic cash register skills and bagging groceries. All skills will help in students finding supported employment and volunteerism.
